We need a few people to help serve breakfast the morning of July 3. This is a fundraiser activity for Pequana Playhouse. It will take place in Baudette. Helpers need to arrive at 7:30 am. If you are an early riser and/or are dedicated to helping Pequana stay alive, we hope you will consider this opportunity. Respond to pequana dot playhouse at gmail.com.

Board member Christie Morin has moved away, leaving the board at six members. The remaining board members appointed Jenny Johnson to replace Christie. Becky Carlson also was appointed, increasing the board to eight members.
Volunteers are still very much needed to help Pequana restore its activity level to normal. Please review the needs listed at the bottom of the page.

On October 25, Carol Davis was re-elected to the board of directors, and Christie Morin was newly elected.

Best Float
The Pequana Playhouse's Wizard of Oz float won Grand Prize for Best Float in the 2009 Baudette 4th of July Parade! Thank you and congratulations to everyone who helped out!
Volunteers Needed
Here are some of the areas in which we still need help. Most of these are not difficult, but it’s just too much for only a couple people to do them all. For instance, a scrapbooking enthusiast might be just the ticket for our historian.

DVD/CD DUPLICATION - We have the equipment; we just need someone to store it and run it for us from time to time. This would require someone with a PC who doesn't mind installing the necessary software to run the equipment. We have everything needed except the brains.
SPACE - We need a location for our files and some equipment, a place that can be locked, but that we can access easily when needed.
